1.3 Refund Amount and Processing

  • The 10% processing fee covers administrative costs, payment processing fees, and platform maintenance

  • The 10% fee covers payment processing costs and administrative expenses
  • Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after approval

2.4 24-Hour Window Calculation

The 24-hour window is calculated as follows:

  • Start time: The exact timestamp when your payment was confirmed
  • End time: Exactly 24 hours (1,440 minutes) from the start time
  • Your email must be received by our system within this window
  • Timezone: Based on the timestamp of your purchase confirmation email

3. No Refund Policy

No refunds will be provided in the following circumstances:

The 10% fee deducted from all refunds covers:

  • Payment gateway costs for both the original payment and refund

  • Platform infrastructure and maintenance costs

5.2 Refund Method

  • Refunds are always issued to the original payment method
  • If the original payment method is no longer valid, please contact us for alternative arrangements
  • Bank processing times may add additional days to the refund timeline

5.3 Currency and Exchange Rates

  • Refunds are issued in the same currency as the original purchase
  • Currency conversion fees (if any) are the responsibility of the purchaser

5.4 Chargebacks
